A circular signed by NTRCA member ABM Shawkat Iqbal Shaheen said that a public notice has issued in the third phase for the recruitment of 96,736 teachers in all private educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasas, technical and business management). Interested candidates have to apply online from December 29 to January 29, 2025.

Each applicant can choose multiple educational institutions when applying online. The applicant has to pay 100 Taka as an application fee. However, the candidates who have completed the application will get the opportunity to pay the fee for the next 72 hours even after the stipulated time.

সারাদেশের বেসরকারি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোতে বিদ্যমান শূন্য পদগুলোতে লক্ষাধিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে সরকার। আগামী ৩ মাসের মধ্যে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের ষষ্ঠ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করতে যাচ্ছে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়। এজন্য শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের শূন্য পদের চাহিদা চেয়ে তথ্য চেয়েছে বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ (এনটিআরসিএ)।
তথ্য পাওয়ার পর আগামী মাসেই এ শিক্ষক নিয়োগের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে বলে জানা গেছে। এনটিআরসিএ সূত্র বলছে, ষষ্ঠ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তিতে শূন্য পদের সংখ্যা প্রায় ১ লাখ হতে পারে। কারণ, পঞ্চম গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির প্রায় ৯৭ হাজার পদের মধ্যে মাত্র সাড়ে ১৯ হাজার পদ পূরণ হয়েছে। আরও ৭৭ হাজার ৫০০ পদ ফাঁকা পড়ে রয়েছে। এ ছাড়া চলতি বছর অবসরের কারণে শূন্য হয়েছে আরও ২০ থেকে ২৫ হাজার পদ। আগামী তিন মাসের মধ্যে এ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ হতে পারে।
ষষ্ঠ গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির জন্য সব কাজ ইতোমধ্যে প্রায় গুছিয়ে ফেলা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন এনটিআরসিএর একজন কর্মকর্তা। এবারের গণবিজ্ঞপ্তিতে শূন্য পদের সংখ্যা লাখেরও বেশি হবে বলে তার ধারণা।
গত ৩০ অক্টোবর অনলাইনে শিক্ষকদের শূন্য পদের চাহিদা আহ্বান করে এনটিআরসিএ, যা ই-রিকুইজিশন নামে পরিচিত। এ কার্যক্রমে তথ্য দেওয়া যাবে আগামী ১০ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত। অনলাইনে চাহিদা ফি জমা দেওয়া যাবে ১৩ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত। এবারই প্রথমবারের মতো আগামী তিন বছরের (৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৭ পর্যন্ত) সম্ভাব্য শূন্য পদের চাহিদা পাঠাতে বলা হয়েছে। এর আগে শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের তথ্য হালনাগাদ কার্যক্রম (ই-রেজিস্ট্রেশন) শেষ করে এনটিআরসিএ।

NTRCA 6th Gono Biggopti 2025
A total of 96,736 people including 43,286 MPOs and 53,450 MPOs of Madrasah, Technical, and Business Management will be recruited for madrasa, technical, and business management. Besides, no MPO-registered teachers will be recruited in the reserved women quota. When the Online NTRCA E-Application Starts?

Ashraf Uddin, chairman of NTRCA, said on Tuesday (March 30th) that a third phase of public notice has issued for the recruitment of teachers in the approved vacant seats in all private- non-govt educational institutions in the country. The notice has published on NTRCA’s website on Tuesday as per the court order. However, they are not getting a chance in the recruitment as the 18th teacher registration test is going on, he said.

শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বলেন, আজ সন্ধ্যা থেকে প্রার্থীরা মুঠোফোনে এসএমএস পাবেন। এ ছাড়া বেসরকারি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ও প্রত্যয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষের (এনটিআরসিএ) ওয়েবসাইটেও ফল পাওয়া যাবে। এ বছরের ৩০ মার্চ তৃতীয় গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করে এনটিআরসিএ। গণবিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, ৫৪ হাজার ৩০৪টি শূন্যপদের মধ্যে স্কুল ও কলেজ পর্যায়ে ৩১ হাজার ১০১টি পদ রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে এমপিওভুক্ত পদ ২৬ হাজার ৮৩৮টি। মাদ্রাসা ও কারিগরি প্রতিষ্ঠানে মোট শূন্যপদ ২০ হাজার ৯৯৬টি। এর মধ্যে ১৯ হাজার ১৫৪টি এমপিওভুক্ত।
